Q. How do I get the maximum iVuZoom effect for my images?
A. The Minimum Image Size to upload to get at least 2 levels of iVuZoom in the HDZoom Gallery is 640x480. For maximum iVuZoom shoot and upload your images at the highest resolution that your digital camera will allow.
Q. What Format should I save my images in to upload to VuVista?
A. Your images must be saved and uploaded in jpg or jpeg format.
Q: My Images are too small error message – What do I do?
A: If you are getting this message please contact support@realbiz360.com and they will be able to assist you.
Q: Can a tour be duplicated when I need the same tour and images for multiple lots or developments?
A: Yes, you will need to either contact the support department by phone or email them at support@realbiz360.com with the address of the tour and how many copies of the tour you need on your account.

Q. How do I Stitch and upload a Panorama for my Tour?
A. Step 2. Get Images find and add your still images and the images you would like to stitch into a panorama. From the Images Desktop highlight the images you would like to Stitch. Now select the Stitch Image Button. You can now preview the panorama and Zoom in and Zoom out. If you are happy with your panorama, select Save Panorama. You will now see that a Panorama is saved to your Image Desktop in place of the images you selected to stitch. When you are done stitching and saving all of your panoramas select the Upload Images button. All of your images will be uploaded so you can place them in order and then publish.
Q. How do I Preview My Panorama after Stitching?
A. If you select the arrow keys on your keyboard you can move your panorama left, right, up or down to check for stitching errors or you can also place your mouse into the middle of the screen and move it left, right, up or down as well.
Q. Can I have 180º and full 360º panoramas in my VuVista tour?
A. Yes. You can stitch and upload 180º and 360º panoramas with iVuPhotovista
Q. What are the Maximum number of Images I can upload to stitch a full 360º panorama with iVuPhotovista?
A. A maximum of 16-images can be stitched together
Q. iVuPhotovista Stitcher appears off the screen, what do I do?
A. Go to Start - Control Panel - Select the Display - Settings - Set to 1024 x 768 minimum desktop resolution.

Q. Where do you add the Text description for each Image?
A. 3. Manage Images - Image properties will allow you to enter a one line description for each images or a full description for each image.
Q. Why can’t I choose a Panorama as my default image?
A. Only Still Images are allowed in the first Image placement. Using a High Resolution Panorama as your default image will cause a delay in loading. To avoid this, a still image will display quickly while the other images including panoramas can load in the background.
Q. I sent a URL of the Preview of my Tour to a customer and they could not view it and were taken to the VuVista login screen instead.
A. A Preview of the tour was accidentally sent instead of the final link found on the 7.Publish Tours section. To get a live link that you can send to a client to preview prior to publishing to the destination portals all you have to do is select a MLS stype then select teh Generate Tour button this will create a full tour link and all you need to do is copy and then paste in an email.
Q. How do I change the music for my Tour?
A. 4.Add/Edit Audio you can select one of the music tracks or you can add your own MP3 musice file from your desktop.

Q. How do I add Movie Mode to My Tour?
A. 5. Edit Slideshow If you would like to apply Movie Mode effect to all the images in your slideshow, click on the Movie Mode Effect. You can speed up or slow down the Effect by choosing from the Still Images Delay Box.
Q. How do I add Transitions to My Tour?
A. 5.Edit Slideshow - You can specify a transition to apply to a selected image or all the images. You first select the image from the Image Desktop; select a transition from the Slide Transition dropdown Menu. If a panorama is selected, you can change its properties by interacting with the Panorama Properties control buttons just below the Slideshow properties
Q. How do I change the color of my template?
A. 6.Customize Tour - You can choose from a Pre-defined color by clicking on the radio button of your choice or you can customize the color by using the color bar or entering your companies RGB number codes.
