Q.  Where do I get my Login information?

A.  After you sign up you will receive your login information in a Welcome email.

Q. How do I change my password?

A.  Click the Profile / Settings Tab and then the Change Password Tab.
Here you will be able to change your password.

Q. How do I change my User Name?

Q. How do I update my credit card information?

A. Click the Profile/Settings Tab and then click the Profile/Account tab update the information on the right of the screen.

A. Make sure they are in a JPEG format before you upload.

Q. My headshot/logo/ banner look blurry

A. Make sure they are high resolution images before you upload.
